Terms of Service – PR Homestay
These Terms of Service govern the use of accommodation and related services provided by PR Homestay. By making a reservation, checking in, or staying at the property, the guest agrees to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings at PR Homestay are subject to availability and shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment or full payment, as communicated at the time of reservation. The management reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion in case of incorrect information, violation of policies, or non-payment.
2. Room Tariff and Occupancy
Room tariffs are fixed based on occupancy and room category. The 5-adult room is priced at ₹3,800 per night, and the 8-adult room is priced at ₹4,800 per night. Any change in the number of occupants must be informed in advance and may attract additional charges. Unauthorized extra occupancy may result in penalties or cancellation of stay without refund.
3. Child Policy
Children above 8 years of age shall be charged ₹300 per child per night. Child charges, once applied, are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation, early departure, or no-show. The management reserves the right to verify age at the time of check-in.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the scheduled date of arrival shall be eligible for a 100% refund with no cancellation charges. Cancellations made between 5 to 9 days prior to arrival shall attract a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of one night’s room tariff, being ₹1,900 for the 5-adult room and ₹2,400 for the 8-adult room. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior, early departures, or failure to check in on the scheduled date shall attract a charge equivalent to one full night’s room tariff, being ₹3,800 for the 5-adult room and ₹4,800 for the 8-adult room, with no refund payable. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, subject to banking procedures.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
Guests must adhere to the official check-in and check-out timings as communicated by the property. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all adult guests at the time of check-in.
6. Guest Conduct and Property Use
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any damage to property assets, furnishings, or amenities caused during the stay shall be charged to the guest. Illegal activities, loud disturbances, or behavior causing inconvenience may result in immediate eviction without refund.
7. Safety and Liability
PR Homestay shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables. The management shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Force Majeure
PR Homestay shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or emergencies.
9. Right to Refuse Service
The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund if guests violate these Terms of Service, provide false information, or engage in unlawful or unsafe activities.
10. Amendments and Jurisdiction
PR Homestay reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. All disputes arising out of or relating to bookings, stays, cancellations, or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts only.
