Cancellation, Refund, and Occupancy Policy

All room bookings made with the property are governed by the following terms and conditions relating to cancellation, refund, occupancy, and applicable charges. By confirming a reservation, the guest agrees to be bound by this policy in its entirety.

Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the scheduled date of arrival shall be eligible for a 100% refund of the room tariff paid, and no cancellation charges shall be levied in such cases. Cancellations made between 5 to 9 days prior to the date of arrival shall attract a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of one night’s room tariff, which shall be deducted from the amount paid. Accordingly, the applicable cancellation charges shall be ₹1,900 for the 5-adult room and ₹2,400 for the 8-adult room.

Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the date of arrival, early check-outs, or failure of the guest to report on the confirmed check-in date (no-show) shall result in a cancellation charge equivalent to one full night’s room tariff, and no refund shall be payable in such circumstances. The applicable charges in such cases shall be ₹3,800 for the 5-adult room and ₹4,800 for the 8-adult room.

In the event of partial stay or reduction in the length of stay after check-in, the same cancellation charges applicable to late cancellations shall apply, and the property reserves the right to deduct the applicable amount from the advance payment received. Refunds, wherever applicable, shall be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, subject to banking timelines and internal procedures of the property.

Occupancy and child policy shall be strictly followed. Children above 8 years of age shall be charged ₹300 per child per night, which shall be added to the room tariff at the time of billing. Child charges shall be treated as non-refundable in cases of late cancellation, early departure, or no-show. Any deviation from the declared number of occupants at the time of booking may result in additional charges or denial of accommodation at the discretion of the property.

The property reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. All disputes arising out of or in connection with bookings, cancellations, or refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts only.
